Robert Zur specializes in fit. We understand that feet are complex — you may have a narrow heel but need more room in the forefoot, or a high instep that needs extra depth. We offer half sizes and believe there is a size in our collection that will work for you.
Where to start: Begin with your usual size. Our shoes tend to run true to size with a narrower profile. If you have a high instep, we recommend going up a half size.
The 20-minute test: Our True Glove leather relaxes and molds to your foot with wear. Put them on, do something passive for 20 minutes — and if you forget you're wearing them, you've found your perfect fit.
One thing to know: Leather will give in every dimension except length. If the shoe feels too short, size up a half or full size.
Why widths matter to us
No two feet are alike — and we don't think they should have to squeeze into a one-size-fits-all shoe. From the beginning, Robert Zur has been built around the idea that fit is personal. That's why we offer a true range of widths, from our Super Slim (4A) up through Wide (C), so whether you have a narrow heel or need extra room across the ball of your foot, there's a width made for you.
It's a level of care you won't find at most shoe brands — but it's core to who we are. Every pair is still handcrafted using our True Glove Leather, which molds gently to your foot over time. Getting the width right from the start just means that process works even better for you.
Shop with confidence: Robert Zur offers free shipping, free returns, and free exchanges — including on sale items. There's no risk in trying your first size.
We're a small company that believes you deserve shoes that fit perfectly. With footwear, if it doesn't fit, it doesn't work — and we'll do whatever it takes to help you find your fit. Reach out to me personally anytime - I'm happy to help.
